We had very little time to design and build this out, resulting in an ad hoc process. Our vital steps were to subscribe users to DHB regions and provide relevant articles from the MoH database. Design-wise, this was built on top of an in-house app later referred to as Centrik, and predominantly followed Material Design UI elements and principles.
Below is from when we were in lockdown and I was wiring up a fully fledged prototype to send over to the product owner at the MoH for review.
Another handy part of the app was the Covid-19 case tracker, Simplifying the data that was updated daily and found all in one place.
